The “abcde” diet

Hi guys :) the main problem we are facing in this “new world full of technology” is that we are getting fat.. why? because it a visible that these things have made everything easy for us now we sit and do everything. We don’t have to walk to the book store too everything is available on Google. The food of our choice is just a phone call away. The size of the televison has gone thinner and thinner and the size of a man has increased. But this is a different debate “the pro and cons” of the modern world.. “mayanaravi” is the best policy :)
I gained a lot of weight and when my mother started calling me fat that was a alarm for me. So like a obedient son(she told me to get in shape and she will buy me a new cell) I started making a plan and statrted searching for the right diet plan. A balanced one. I love choclates and I had to make a plan in which I didn’t had to leave the sweets. I am sure most of you would be addicted to sweets as i am. so i came up with a plan the “abcde” diet plan.

A – Almonds

B – Broccoli

C – Chicken

D – Vitamin D

E – Eggs

Almonds: have been known to be one of the healthiest fats you can eat. They are full of vitamins and proteins and even help you maintain a low blood sugar count. When eaten in moderation, they can keep you feeling full and satisfied.

Broccoli: is considered the healthiest vegetable It has more vitamin C than an orange, more calcium than milk, and more fiber than a slice of wheat bread.

Chicken: is a very lean form of protein. A single breast can pack up to 20g of protein and can be cooked in a variety of ways – sliced over veggies, roasted, grilled, etc.

Vitamin D: is a nutrient that most of the teens and adults are deficient in. You should  plan to get your fill from a daily supplement in addition to spending at least 15 minutes in the sun each day (not in June July).

Eggs: are the ultimate protein powerhouse. One egg has over 6g of protein and only costs 70 calories. Eggs, can be cooked so many ways that you could enjoy them for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

P.s drink loads of water. I have been trying to drink 8 glasses of water everyday for the past month and it works you will feel fresh all the time. And you will gradually stop drinking beverages that is good.

    A healthy life is about moderation and stimulation. Although a good healthy diet is a step in the right direction you must also stimulate your mind and body. The natural world has so much to offer use! Why stop your steps in the right direction with your food consumption, shut off the tv, put away the technology toys and enjoy the ultimate source of endless entertainment; mother nature and the world around you.

    yes you are right. because the world is now a global village new technologies and innovation have made an simple and easy access to communicate. that is why we only have to sit in front of laptops for hours. In result we are not doing any physical excersizes and making ourselves obese.
    eating vegetables is good but be sure to keep a proper diet!!.
